On saturday mornings there is a small market just in front of the Guest house.

Claviers is situated halfway between the Mediterranean coast and the Gorges du Verdon up in the hills of the Var. Towns nearest by are Draguignan, Fayence, Grasse and le Muy.
Claviers is a small typical Provençal village at 400 M altitude, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and enjoying a fine mediterranean climate.
Popular with tourists, the villages close-by are Callas, Bargemon and Seillans. They all have their bars, restaurants and traditional shops.
The hills around, crowned with their beautiful and protected nature offer many kilometers of hiking trails.
